Duties
- Reports to work station according to schedule with a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene as described in the hotel policy.
- Attends all staff and training meeting when directed by the Head Gardener or Assistant Gardener.
- Always acknowledges the guest and gives them the right of way.
- Assist guests with special needs and requirements, explains and helps in the garden.
- Assists with transfer of luggage as required.
- Reports equipment failure, damage of hotel furnishings or missing items to Head Gardener.
- Handles guest requests and immediately refers problems and complaints to the Head Gardener or Assistant Gardener.
- Provides assistance to guests in all hotel emergency evacuation and medical procedures.
- Reports any health or safety hazards to the Head Gardener.
- Performs other duties when directed by Head Gardener.
