Assistant Food & Beverage Manager
SCOPE OF POSITION
As the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager you will assist the Food
and Beverage Manager to run the day to day Food and Beverage operation which
includes two restaurants, bar, in-villa dining and destination dining venues.
You will ensure that the service standards are adhered to and outstanding
service consistently delivered.
- Assist with the management of Food & Beverage activities both operationally and administratively to constantly maintain and improve productivity, food quality and food service.
- Consistently strive for innovation and creativity in product and service to increase volume, sales and profit and provide consistent quality service to our guests and diners.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of trends, practices and equipment in Food & Beverage presentation, service and equipment.
- Work closely with the Food and Beverage Manager, Executive Chef and Outlet Managers in analyzing, evaluating and writing of attractive and creative menus.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Male, Maldivian Nationality
- Bachelor’s degree in restaurant management, business management, or related field supplemented by one to five years in large- scale food and beverage operations management, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
- Knowledge and principles and process for providing customer and personal services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
- Full understanding of licensing responsibilities and environmental health standards.
- Previous experience in a similar role.

Food and Beverage Outlet Manager
SCOPE OF POSITION
As Food & Beverage Outlet Manager, you will manage the day to day operation of the
Outlet, with the support of the F&B Manager to provide strategic direction
and leadership.
- Develop key strategies, with the Food & Beverage Manager, to involve the team members in identifying key customer needs and work with them to develop initiatives to meet and exceed guest expectations.
- Research market trends and generate new ideas for service and products that will maintain a competitive and leading edge over our competitive set.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Male, Maldivian Nationality
- Diploma in any related course
- Experience in a similar role is required

Food and Beverage Supervisor
SCOPE OF POSITION
The F&B Supervisor is responsible for the effective management and
delivery of all Food and Beverage operations, with the aim that provides the
highest level of customer service, cost effective and meets budgeted targets.
- To assist in effective and efficient management and delivery of all F&B activities
- Assist the F&B Manager in ensuring that all resort’s policies and procedures are implemented
