1. Maintenance Officer
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

colleagues. Within this, the key
responsibilities for this position are:
- In charge of manpower distribution and supervision of hotel maintenance associates
- Attend to maintenance requests, maintenance call, break down, faults and emergency jobs in electrical, plumbing carpentry and all major equipment.
- Assist in preliminary requisition of items required for hotel maintenance and forward it to the Chief Engineer for counter checking and for final approval and signature.
- Attend to any works, preventive maintenance, faults, and troubles of equipment under his jurisdiction.
- Attend any break down of all major equipment in the resort like, Generator, STP and Desalination plant.
QUALIFICATION
- Diploma or degree in
Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years
related work experience
