• Handle online bookings through various travel/hotel booking websites and process reservations
• Up-selling, when appropriate, by informing customers of additional services or special packages
• Identify and generate new leads while maintaining relationships with clients
• Coordinate and provide administrative and support functions to the team as a whole
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, mailing and faxing
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as and when assigned
• Work under pressure under high occupancy periods
• A team player with high level of dedication with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
