CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR

We are looking for Graduate Trainees who are results-driven, motivated and committed to developing a challenging and rewarding career to deliver our service.

Duties & Responsibilities
.
- Ability to monitor and supervise staffs
- Providing the administrative support within the Card Centre and maintaining day to day operations.
- Handling customer enquiries, and overseeing the functions of call centre
.
Qualifications
.
- Must posses a degree in either Business IT, Business Administrative or Business Management
.
Key Competencies
.
The candidate must have the ability to think strategically and deliver tactfully. Able to work in flexible hours and achieve targets. Should be able to work effectively on own initiative under pressure with excellent communication skills.

ASSISTANTS
.
Duties and Responsibilities
.
Answering customer enquiries, receiving application forms and letters from customers; Giving information and helping to solve customer problems; Dealing with customer problems, and reports sensitive issues to supervisor; will have to work closely with other departments in Card Centre to ensure customer’s experience is positive.

Qualifications
.
Minimum GCE O’level 3 Passes
.
Key Competencies
.
The candidate should be able to work shift basis to cover 24-hour Service including weekends and bank holidays, while each staff will usually work 5 days in a week and 8 hours a day. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, be confident and friendly, understand customer needs and be able to remain patient, calm and polite in difficult situations. The candidate should also require problem-problem solving skills, computer skills, telephone skills and interpersonal skills.
