SENIOR EXECUTIVES
Nature of work:
As senior executives, you will be part of the leading team responsible for the successful opening and operation of the resort.
Qualification/ requirements:
Five to seven years experience in 5-star international resort openings and operations in a similar position, should posses a degree in related field. Must be able to provide strategic leadership with the ability to design and implement strategies which maximize employee potential and foster high ethical standards in meeting the organization’s vision, mission, and goals.
Basic salary: Mrf38, 250/- to Mrf63, 750/-

Qualification/ requirements
Four to five years experience in 5-star international resort openings and operations in a similar position, should posses a degree in related field. Strong leadership skills with the ability of dealing effectively with pressure; maintaining focus and intensity and remaining persistent, even under adversity; recovering quickly from setbacks.
Basic Salary: Mrf25, 500/- to Mrf38, 250/-
