OPERATIONS & CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER (Ref: MCB-OCSO)

To ensure that banking operations are carried out properly, and also maintain a high level of customer service that will build up the MCB's lead in banking services.
• Responsibilities
Adhere to standard policies. processes and procedures in line with Banking regulations/practices and MCB standards for all existing business processes at all times.
Develop Strategic plan and identify marketing initiatives required to consolidate MCB Maldives marketing position
Coordinate development & launch of new offers to market demand as and when required
Ensure that excellent Customer Service is delivered and assist in developing a customer Service Standard.
Develop strategy to add value to the portfolio by identifying new markets and exploiting cross selling opportunities
Establish & maintain relationship with institutions and key clients of the Corporate at all times
Take appropriate action to maintain MCB consolidated actual stock of bank notes within limits set up.
Reconcile daily the Trial Balance Report against the opening balance of the cash in vault for every currency
Monitor the daily, monthly reports generation and distribution (including Statements)
Take necessary steps to upkeep premises and equipment according to MCB Standards and security requirements at all times.
Ensure that staff lives the core values of the bank all the time.

• Profile
Degree in Management/Banking & Finance or any related field.
A minimum of 5 years' experience in Banking or Financial Institutions at management level.
Computer Literate.
• Excellent knowledge of Financial Operations.
Knowledge in Economic Analysis and Financial Techniques.
• Fluent in English both written & spoken.
