01 Programme Coordinator (full-time)
Position Summary: The Programme Coordinator will be responsible for the development and implementation of programs and activities. S/he will be also help manage staff, ensure sound financial oversight, and fundraise.
Key Qualifications:
Enthusiasm for governance issue and civil society
Fluent in English and Dhivehi with Solid writing skills in both languages;
Leadership/management experience
Knowledge of project management tools
Initiative to develop and complete multiple tasks on deadline
Strong problem-solving and organizing skills
Familiarity with budgets and financial reporting
Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
University Degree or equivalent
Remuneration: 5,000 – 7,000Mrf, negotiable depending on experience
02 Office Administrator (full-time)
Position Summary: The Office Administrator will be responsible for daily office activities, including telephone and public reception, basic accounting and bookkeeping, and maintaining files.
Key Qualifications:
Office administrator experience
Computer skills and typing ability
Some knowledge of budgets and financial management
Remuneration: 3,000 Mrf, negotiable depending on experience
