Nature of Work:
As executives, you will be part of the leading team responsible for the successful opening and operation of the Spa.
Qualification/ Requirement:
Five to seven years experience in spa openings and operations in similar position, should posses a degree in related field. Must be able to provide strategic leadership with the ability to design and implement strategies which maximize employee potential and foster high ethical standards in meeting the organization's vision, mission, and goals.
Basic Salary: Mrf. 20,000.00 to Mrf. 30,000.00

Four to five years experience in spa openings and operations in a similar position, should possess a degree in related field. Strong leadership skills with ability of dealing effectively with pressure; maintaining focus and intensity and remaining persistent, even under adversity; recovering quickly from setbacks.

Strong leadership skills with the ability of dealing effectively with pressures while displaying a high level of imitative, effort and commitment to guest service; being proactive and achievement-oriented; being self motivated; pursuing self-development.

Qualification/Requirements:
Minimum one year experience in spa operations in a similar position; fluent in English and have a fair knowledge in related field. Committed to customer service; natural ability and willingness to keep learning how to manage themselves day-in-day-out, proactive and achievement-oriented, self-motivated; pursuing self-development. Have to have a natural ability and willingness to keep learning.
Basic Salary: Mrf. 2500.00 to Mrf. 5000.00
