Job Summary: Responsible for all elements concerning human resource department, plan, formulate& implement staff policies, job analysis, job evaluation, provide analysis reports on salary surveys, updating pay scales marketing trends, proficient in handling multi tasks and defining requirements for necessary change. Act as the liaison between HR & other departments
Work place: Head Office, Male’
Qualification: Degree in Human Resource Management
Requirements: Strong planning and organization skills, excellent communication skill (verbal and written)
Experience: minimum 2 years experience
Salary: MRF 15,000.00 + benefits
Others: Highly motivated, Ability to work independently
