Customer Service Representatives
Qualifications & Experience
GCE O’ Level three passes
Must be a pleasant personality
Fluent in English and Dhivehi
Should be able to interact with customers in attending to problematic issues

Responsibilities
To answer all related telephone calls, enter data to the system
Follow up repeated faults or delayed faults and report accordingly
Update the customer history and technical assistance rendered
Starting Salary: Rf3000/-
Working Hours: Six hours (Shift duties) 6 days a week
Note upon completion of the probation period the staff will be provided with free MediaNet TV Channel package Medical Insurance as per company policy
