Duties: To promote and develop loyalty from hotel guests by positively reacting to their needs, and promoting a high level of personalized guest service. To be present in the hotel’s public areas and Interact positively with guests during all arrivals and departures, briefing group arrivals, FITs, VIPs and repeat guests.
To handle guest comments/complaints, take immediate action, resolve problems to the satisfaction of all parties and ensure guest satisfaction.
Liaising with on-island Tour Company representatives, Front Office, Reservations and other supporting operation department.
Communicate special guest requirements, to the various departments, and ensure that the various benefits and services are received.

Qualifications: Hotel School Graduate. Certified in CPR, First Aid an advantage, Fluent in French and English Language and Computer Literate.
Experience: Minimum 2 years Front office/Guest Relations experience. Ideally, this person would be a Swiss National, female, Fluent in French and good English speaker. Strong working knowledge of Fidelio
Requirements: Must be able to prepare moderately complex mathematical calculations without error. Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact and diplomacy to defuse anger, collect accurate information and resolve conflicts.
Ability to stand and move throughout front office and continuously perform essential job functions.
Female between the age 20-30 years
Benefits:
One year contract, preferably committed to stay 2 years(Negotiable), a salary to be paid in of US$ /month. Twin sharing accommodation, medical, laundry, Uniforms provided, 30 days annual leave with return airfare paid to the point of hire, 1 day off per week (able to accumulate up to 8 off days), entitled to use the resort’s F&B outlets for personal use at 60% discount, free use of (most) of the resort’s leisure facilities, e.g. water sports, scuba diving, gym.
Accommodation, fully furnished room with on-suite bathroom, linen and Towels provided. Televisions provided in all the Rooms with Free 24-Hour Wireless Internet Access to all staff. Transport provided to other sister islands.

Basic Salary does not include monthly service charges
