The following employment terms and benefits are subjected to the employment law and to the Hotel’s Policy

Working Hours – 48hours per week - 1 rest day for every 6 days work, on alternate rest day in each week - Rostered shift duties are applicable accordingly to departmental duty rostering - Probation period of 3 months - 30 days’ annual leave upon completion of 12 months’ employment - 30 days paid sick leave – 60 days paid maternity leave – 3 days’ paid paternity leave – 5 days’ paid circumcision leave – 10 days’ paid emergency leave – Designated government/public holiday gazette – Hotel’s service charge payable in Rufiyaa upon opening of the hotel – Ramazan allowance – Free duty meals in staff cafeteria – Free uniforms and uniform laundry – Free outpatient medical treatment – Free inpatient medical treatment – Overtime pay – Monthly staff recreational activities that could include fishing, picnic, soccer competition etc – Monthly staff party includes birthday celebration and awards.
