To meet the ever-growing needs of our business, we are seeking a special person to join our team as a Human Resources Manager.

We are looking for someone who meets all of the following requirements:

• Human Resources Manager with at a minimum of 5 Years experience in Human Resources and Learning in a 5 star Resort
• Possess high level of professionalism and integrity.
• Friendly and courteous, approachable and with a genuine disposition of being helpful.
• Verbal and written fluency in English and Dhivehi
• Well versed in recruitment, budgetary functions, personnel administration, benefits administration and overseeing staff accommodation.
• Demonstrated ability as a Team Player
• Extensive knowledge of computerized information systems used in HR applications.
• Familiarity with local employment law legislation
