1. Front Desk Clerk (Maldivian)
- Preparing for guest arrivals and departures
- Directing guests to amenities and facilities
- Assist in answering, receiving and transferring calls
- Retail selling of goods in the store
- Ensuring effective communication with Front Office in relation to room changes, arrival & departures, mini bar, laundry and room item charges.
- Reporting any maintenance requirements for guest accommodation to the Maintenance department for action and follow up.
- Maintain adequate stock of consumable supplies to ensure that team members always have sufficient stocks available to complete their duties
- Ensuring all guest accommodation is cleaned and serviced daily in accordance with operational checklists and resort standard
- Operates machinery that generates electric power using control boards
- Examine and test electrical power distribution machinery and equipments
- Maintain the cleanliness of guestrooms as per the resort standard
- To prepare and serve food according to given instructions, following the resorts quality guidelines
