Leading Tour Operator based in Male’, Maldives, representing the finest resorts of the Maldives is looking for a Dynamic female staff to join as Manager, Sales and Marketing.


You should posses: 


• Minimum 3-4 years experience in a 5 or 6 star hospitality environment in a senior position or similar 
• Strong knowledge in sales and market analysis, 
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills 


You should be able to:
• Establish and maintain relationships with business partners and work directly 
• Create and implement strategies to boost sales and revenue
• Compile detailed monthly report summaries 
• All other sales and marketing activities 


We offer:
• Basic Salary USD 2000. – USD 3000. per month based on experience and qualifications
• Bonus offering potential OTE of up to USD2000. – USD3000. per month based on excellent performance
