Job opportunity for Employee Relation Coordinator at Hilton Maldives Irufushi Resort and Spa


Position-  Employee Relation Coordinator/Manager (depending on seniority)
Department- Human Resources

Hilton Maldives Irufushi Resort and Spa is currently seeking for passionate and dynamic guest focused Human Resources professional able to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our Team Members.

As an Employee Relation Coordinator/Manager you are responsible for our Team Members welfare. Your role will include key responsibilities such as:

• Supervise Team member facilities (Shop, outlet, restaurant, gym, cyber café, TV room, recreation area, accommodations etc…) and ensure all services provided are up to our standards and Team Member satisfaction
• Ensure that all the assets of the Team Members accommodation are well maintained, accommodation well secured and maintained and Team Members are accommodated as per their entitlements in line with the Human Resources Policy
• Ensure that a high level of standards, cleanliness and hygiene is maintained at all times within the Team Member Complex
• Ensure the administration of the Team Member complex -submission of accommodation occupancy report and any other assigned reports by the Human Resources Manager 
• Ensure that the rooms are equipped with the standard amenities at any given time 
• Ensure effective communication in the Team Members areas
• Look for new ideas to develop entertainment of Team Members within the resort
• Leads the Sport and Social Committee to ensure motivation and welfare of all
• Prepares a yearly Sport and Social events planner within the budget allocated. 
• Attend Team Member request and concerns and follows up.
• Is well aware of Team Member Satisfaction Survey results and proactively impact on its improvement.

You have the ability to think laterally and have strong social skills and a presence, enabling you to interact and deal at all levels effectively. You portray a fair leadership style and are easily approachable for your employees.
