Island Hideaway at Dhonakulhi Maldives, Spa Resort & Marina is a luxury boutique resort situated on the privately-owned uninhabited virgin island of Dhonakulhi, North Maldives.


We welcome applicants with similar 5* resort experience of at least 2 year(s) to join Island Hideaway as the Resort Doctor.


Individuals who naturally have a talent for hospitality, able to readily work in an island resort environment will be given obvious priority. The successful candidate should have his/her documents complete and in accordance with the Maldives Ministry of Health and Family regulation.

Salary and Benefit:
Excellent salary and benefits package commensurate with experience including Service Charge awaits the successful candidate. Accommodation based on sharing basis, meals facility, recreation activities and annual leave tickets will be provided.
