Temporary HR Officer

The role involves providing support to the HR Department by providing
assistance in relation to logistical arrangements for business travels, training and development activities. Assisting with correspondences related to recruitment of new employees, arranging interviews and providing any other assistance as required also form part of the job.
The IDEAL candidate must have:
Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or Business
Administration.
An understanding of relevant legislation, policies and procedures in the Maldives.
Excellent ability to write in a clear and concise manner and to communicate effectively in English and Dhivehi.
Excellent time management skills; effective organising skills; ability to plan and prioritize own work under tight deadlines.
Effectively use the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
Be able to work on own initiative as well as be a good team player.
A high degree of tact, diplomacy and discretion, and proven ability to
maintain confidentiality.
Flexibility to work odd hours
