We are looking for enthusiastic and creative team leader to be a part of Makunudu Island in the following position:
FOOD & BEVERAGE PRODUCTION
HEAD CHEF
Ideal subcontinent candidate should have at least 2 years experience in a 3 / 4 star resort as a Sous Chef looking for a “stepping stone” opportunity to move ahead as a Chef In-charge of a unit
Experience in preparation of Eastern, Western and Asian buffet and A La Carte food
Ability to work, guide, motivate and achieve results with a predominantly subcontinent team
A positive attitude with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
CHEF DE PARTIE
One year experience in a related post, ideally as a demi chef de partie in a 3 / 4 star resort
Potential and result oriented with a can do attitude
Able to work under pressure and with a multinational team
