Viceroy Hotel Group, a Los Angeles based North American hotel management company is opening its very first resort in the Maldives in Shaviyani Atoll on Vagaru island.

We are currently looking for colleagues for Viceroy Maldives
Italian Chef – sous chef / chef de cuisine
- Authentic Italian style experience
- Fine dining experience in either stand alone restaurant or preferable within a luxury branded hotel
- Able to train local and multi cultural employees in Italian cuisine
- Able to develop menu’s for the restaurant
- Able to create standard recipes and photo guides
- Come up with innovative ideas / promotions
- Have a strong understanding of written and spoken English
- Have great customer guest relation skills
- Previous experience in remote location an advantage.
