Bartender – Club Coco Palm
Club Coco Palm is the exclusive wing of Coco Palm Bodu Hithi, it includes twenty four over water one bedroom suites, twenty four hour personal butler service, a private restaurant serving international cuisine, Japanese Restaurant and a private premium bar/lounge area. Our service mission is to create memorable experiences for all our guests in a professional and friendly manner.
We are currently looking to recruit a Bartender for our premium bar/lounge area. Reporting to the Bar Supervisor the position requires someone with experience in five star hotel bars with an emphasis on wine/champagne service and premium cocktail making.
Specific requirements:
1. At least 2 years previous bartending experience in five star resorts/hotels;
2. Knowledge of wine and champagne;
3. Knowledge of cocktail making;
4. Attention to detail;
5. Customer focused and friendly.
