Job Vacancy for HR Assistant at Universal Enterprises

HR Assistant (MALDIVIAN Only)

Work site: Universal Enterprises Pvt Ltd, Head Office

Qualifications
.........Completed O' Level or A' Level
.........Effective in oral & written English
.........Computer skills including Ms Word and MS Excel
.........Excellent in organizational skills
.........Good interpersonal skills with strong ability of a team player
.........Must demonstrate a high level of confidentiality

KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
To assist in the following Human Resources Operations activities:
...• Processing of Work Permits, its Extension, Fees / Passport Renewal / Visa – Tourist or Dependent for all employees both at the Head Office and Resorts.
...• Processing of Termination / Cancellations of Work Permits / Visa – Tourist or Dependent for all employees both at the Head Office and Resorts.
...• Carrying out pre/post employment medical check-ups. Collection and filing of medical reports and bringing it to the notice of concerned Manager in case of any discrepancy / shortfall in such reports.
...• Creating and updating the existing and new employees (including Expatriates) records and ensure required details are uploaded on HRMIS.
...• Carrying out all necessary documentation and liasoning work related to the Ministry of Tourism.
...• Processing of all AMDC, Airlines invoices for payments etc through the accounts.

Basic Salary: Mrf 4000.00 to 5500.00
