Asst. FBS Manager (Male or Female)
Job Functions
Maintaining quality and consistency of service and product.
Monitoring all cost factors.
Cleanliness of all Food & Beverage areas.
Final selection and training of staff.
Production of Department profit.
Delegate and ensure responsibility for various elements of the operation to the respective staff members.
JOB SPEC’s
dynamic and highly motivated with leadership qualities
Communicate with all levels of hierarchy with ease
Hotel School Graduates and/ or experience in a similar position
Outgoing personality who fosters Customer relation. Computer literate.
Experience working in a multicultural team including working in a resort environment
Flexible working hours, hands on, patient, peoples person and very service oriented
