Human Resource Manager
As a well qualified HR Manager you will assist the Senior Director of HR to lead and manage the Resort’s Human Resources function. Emphasis will be on core functions, organizational development and effectiveness, employee relations, performance management, conflict resolution, promotions, transfers, progressive discipline, time and attendance, employee turnover & retention and ongoing HR management & administration. You will be working with a dynamic team of HR professionals to ensure that through the care and attention to our team members living and working conditions, we create an environment in which together……… we make a difference. .
