Centara Grand Island Maldives is looking for a Korean Speaking and Mandarin Speaking Guest Relations Officers to join its front office team.

.

As a Guest Relations Officer you will be responsible for the arrival and check in of guests to the resort. You will assist guests with information regarding all of our products and services as well as facilitate the fulfilment of guest special requests.

.

Centara Hotels and Resorts operate 43 hotels and resorts in major tourist destinations throughout Thailand and Asia including Bangkok, Maldives, Egypt and India.

Job Task

.....• Facilitate the Arrival of guests to the resort and their check-in.

.....• Accurately convey information of the resorts facilities and options.

.....• Maintain accurate guest information in the resort operating system.

.....• Assist with arranging guest activities and excursions

.....• Fulfilment of guest special request.

.....• Solve any guest issues or complaints.

.

JOB SPEC’s

.... Young dynamic and highly motivated

.... Previous experience in similar position within a resort or other customer service based positions.

.... Hotel School Graduates and/ or experience in a similar position

.... Outgoing personality who fosters Customer relation. Computer literate.

.... Experience working in a multicultural team including working in a resort environment

.... Flexible working hours, hands on, patient, peoples person and very service oriented

.... High level of written and spoken English and Korean

.... Ability to translate between English and Korean.

.... Outgoing and social personality.

.... Strong desire to provide memorable guest experiences by exceeding expectations.
