Our company, Berthold & Kotthoff & Assoc. Ltd. is looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, energetic and young professional person to join the team for the development of a 5 star resort project located at Fushivelavaru Noonu Atoll, Republic of Maldives. Candidate will be based on site and will be contracted for 18 months, with highly competitive salary, benefits such as free accommodation, food, medical insurance, tax free status etc. Paid 30 days annual vacation leave per annum with tickets to
place of origin.
Qualification:
-Qualified Civil Engineer
-Min 5 years experience in building construction, civil inspection, quality assurance.
-bachelor’s/college degree holder
-computer literate with Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
Duties and responsibilities:
-inspect and test civil/architectural system
-prepare approval of drawings, specifications and materials that should be used according to contract
requirements
-familiar with issuance of non conformance reports and the recommended corrective actions
-should have a good knowledge of English for discussing technical issues and presenting or explaining
related issues.
