We are currently searching for the very best Sous Chef (Head Canteen Chef) available to join our team of experienced professionals to take the challenge of our 3 canteens and 2 kitchens serving to over 600 associates.

A minimum 2 years experience as a Sous Chef and currently in the same position.
.
.
Working experience as a Sous Chef in a well known 5 star international hospitality company.
Good knowledge and experience of both Western and Asian Cuisine
.
.
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Experience of the Maldives would be an advantage but not essential.
An exceptionally well organized and dynamic person
.
.
And must be very well presented
