Install, service and repair air condition in guest rooms, service outlets, offices and staff accommodation

2-3 years 5* resort/hotel experience
Restaurant Manager (Local)
The right candidate would have a good command of English, good knowledge of F&B service technique, good organizer, excellent motivator and leader with a leading by sample attitude!
Minimum 02 years experience in similar position in Hospitality Industry
Overall control of Restaurants, maintain the standard set by the F&B services
Restaurant Supervisor (Local)
Excellent English communication both written and spoken
Good computer skills and able to multi task under pressure
Experienced skills in restaurant work and good knowledge of wines
Outgoing, pleasant personality and team player
2-3 years 5* resort/hotel experience
Restaurant Hostess (Local)
GCE O’ level standard
Good communication skills and outgoing with pleasant personality, excellent spoken and written English.
1yr or more in a 5* resort experience is an advantage
Bar Man
Minimum 2 years working experience as a barman
Excellent communication skills
Good command of written and spoken English
Must have the selling knowledge
Excellent interpersonal skills
Chief Steward
To be responsible for stewarding and hygiene for all areas of food & beverage operations, Deep understanding of F&B financial Inventory/Stock processes & Training systems
Minimum 3 to 5 Years of Experience required
Chef De Partie
Good written and spoken English skills
Able to work long hours and under pressure
Supervise other kitchen staff
Organized with an eye for details
2-3 years 5* resort/hotel experience
Head Cook – Staff Canteen (Local)
Minimum 01 year experience in the same field in a 5* resort
Able to cook for different nationalities and specially should have very good knowledge in Maldivian cuisine and Good communication skills and able to speak & write in English
Yoga Master
Good written/spoken English skills
2-3 years 5* resort/hotel experience
Able to work long hours and under pressure
Organized with an eye for details
Assistant Front Office Manager
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a 5-star luxury resort/hotel in similar capacity
should have previous Front Office experience and thorough Opera skills
Handles all guest compliments, comments, observations and complaints timely and effectively achieving full guest satisfaction
Ability to remain positive and calm under pressure
Knowledge of other foreign languages will be an advantage
Guest Relations Officer (European)
Minimum GCE O’ level standard
Excellent English communication both written and spoken
Good computer skills and able to multi task under pressure
Outgoing, pleasant personality and team player
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a 5* luxury resort/hotel in similar capacity
Receptionist (Local)
Minimum GCE O’ level standard
Excellent English communication both written and spoken
Good computer skills and able to multi task under pressure
Outgoing, pleasant personality and team player
At least 1-2 years experience in a 5* resort property in the Maldives
