Junior Sous Chef
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in culinary management in the hospitality industry and culinary expertise in Western and Asian cuisine.
  • Challenge of working in a stimulating and demanding environment.
  • Ability to motivate and lead a multi-cultural team.
  • Trade certificate or higher level qualification from a recognized culinary school.-
  • Professionally groomed and is neat in appearance.
  • Positive approach to customer service.
  • Excellent English language skills (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel & PowerPoint).
  • A good level of organizational skill.
  • Responsible to assist in the supervision of the Trainees, Commis, Demi & Chef de Parties and inspections of main kitchen, cafeteria areas and employees for proper sanitation and training.
