Angsana Velavaru is looking for:
Junior Sous Chef - A minimum of 3 years of experience in culinary management in the hospitality industry and culinary expertise in Western and Asian cuisine.
- Challenge of working in a stimulating and demanding environment.
- Ability to motivate and lead a multi-cultural team.
- Trade certificate or higher level qualification from a recognized culinary school.-
- Professionally groomed and is neat in appearance.
- Positive approach to customer service.
- Excellent English language skills (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel & PowerPoint).
- A good level of organizational skill.
- Responsible to assist in the supervision of the Trainees, Commis, Demi & Chef de Parties and inspections of main kitchen, cafeteria areas and employees for proper sanitation and training.
