We are currently recruiting one Bartender, who will be reporting to the Bar Manager:
The aspirant will be responsible for:
- Sale of Beverages
- Preparing in advance food & beverage material and equipment needed for the service
- Maintaining the quality & presentation of food & beverage
- Maintaining the inventory on a daily basis
- Entertaining the guests.
Job Requirements
- Experience in a similar position for at least a year.
- Should be young, energetic, proactive, dynamic, and out-going with problem solving spirit
- Should be able to speak Fluently in English (Ability to speak in any other European /Chinese language would be an advantage)
- Should have Excellent Knowledge of Wines & Cocktails
- Should be skilled in bar techniques for entertaining the guests
