01 EXECUTIVE CHEF
Requirement:
• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary languages used in the workplace; English
• Most tasks are performed in a team environment with the employee acting as a team leader. There is minimal direct supervision.
• Must possess basic computer skills.
• Extensive knowledge of menu development.
• Thorough knowledge of food products, standard recipes and proper preparation.
• Must have 3 years of prior experience as an Executive Chef with knowledge of most international and domestic dishes.
Salary: Negotiable
01 Safari Boat Captain & Assistant Captain
Requirement:
• Good command of spoken English.
• Marine License Authorized by Government.
• Minimum 2-5 years experience.
• Must have work experience at Sea.
• Must know all the Diving Sites of Maldives.
Salary: Negotiable
01 Diving Dhoani Crew
Requirement:
• Good communication Skill
• Minimum 1-3 years experience.
• Must have work experience at Sea.
• Additional certificates will be an added advantage.
