We are currently recruiting our Sous Chef reporting to the, Executive Chef:
We are looking for a Sous Chef for a high end fine dining restaurant within a deluxe five stars resort. Right candidate should bring strong experience from modern fine dining with French oriented cuisine restaurant (ideally with Michelin Starred Restaurant Experience) and from luxury hospitality.
You should be able to work in front of the guest (show Kitchen).
Experiences and references from Michelin star restaurant require with CV, photo and some picture of culinary work.

Qualifications:
The candidate should be young, energetic, proactive, dynamic, and creative with problem solving spirit. You should be able to work in remote condition. You will be responsible of the day by day operation of the outlet under the super vision of the executive chef.
Right candidate are experienced Senior Chef de Partie ready to take the next step or Sous Chef who want to grow with us.
