We are seeking for an enthusiastic, qualified & experienced
professional to join our company to take the responsibility of short and long
term planning and management of Human Resources functions and work closely with
the General Manager in implementing, achieving and maintaining the goals and
objectives of the resort.

Professional qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field required. Masters in Business or Human Resources Management or a related field preferred.
Experience/Responsibility
- At least 5 years experience in preferably Luxury Hotels. Pre-opening experience an advantage.
- Ability to guide and manage the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs.
- Take responsibility for overall talent management strategy including team planning; recruiting training and development; performance management and succession planning. Organization development, change management initiatives, and company-wide environment for employee.
- Expert in employment law and employee relations and communication.
- Ability to demonstrate proficiency in policy development, documentation, and implementation.
- Oversees employee safety, welfare, wellness and health.
- Responsible for community outreach and communication, and charitable giving.
- Managing external employment agencies, recruiters, and temporary/permanent staffing agencies.
- Responsible for finalizing all team facilities – accommodation, recreational facilities, clinic, etc.
