Experience:
- Minimum 2 years experience as an Assistant HR Manager in a 5* resort operatio
- Proven track record of key HR accomplishments at work place
- Excellent time management skills with ability to independently plan work and execute tasks
- Excellent leadership skills in leading and coaching Team Members
- Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent MS Office / HRIS software skills
- Flexibility to respond quickly and positively to a range of work situations
