Job Summary
This position is required for a luxury yacht in the Maldives. Your
responsibility extends from cooking great meals to ensuring supply of food
items, cleaning and table preparations. It is the responsibility of the Chef to
provide all meals for both guests and crew members.
Skills and Competencies
- Certificates in Culinary / Cooking training preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Chef, Sample menu plans (7 days) and photographs of food presentation for review is advised. Previously worked as a Chef De Partier in a Luxury/ Five Star property
- Vast Knowledge of Commodities.
- Flexible and able to manage quick menu changes; Knowledge of nutrition and restricted diets and food allergies, able to work in limited refrigeration and cooking space.
- Must have passed through HACCP and should have good hygiene management.
