CHIEF TECHNICIAN

Job Scope: Responsible for Kitchen and Laundry. Carryout preventive maintenance programs on all electrical and LPG/LNG supplied kitchen appliances, refrigeration equipment, and laundry equipment. He will assist in the maintenance and repair of other electronic, electrical, mechanical, and LPG/LNG operated equipment.

Experience: 3 year experience in a similar role in a five star resort

Qualifications: Decree or Diploma in MEP

Required Skills:

Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
Able to read and write English
Proficient in the use of AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office and Engineering System
Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities
