Sales and Reservations Executive

Job Summary

You will be required to handle reservations and work towards increasing sales of the company. Taking clients throughout the service process and ensuring their experience with us, providing a perfect holiday experience. Developing professional relationship with both existing and new clients and dealing positively and productively for all sales opportunity is essential.

Skills and Competencies
  • Able to work well under pressure, must be detail oriented and well organized, able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Requires self-direction, tact, diplomacy and a clear, courteous and professional manner when dealing with customers.
  • Must demonstrate good command of English both written and spoken.
  • Proficient in computer skills and can use word processing, software with database and spreadsheet software.
  • Has a pleasant personality, appearance and is honest and dedicated.
  • High energy level and able to work flexible hours.
  • Well-developed customer focused and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to travel frequently within the Maldives and abroad.
  • Previous experience in travel & hospitality field will be preferable.
  • Willing to build a career in the hospitality service.
