Position: Commis I (Pastry)
Requirement:
Hotel school graduates and/ or experience in a similar
position
At least 3 years experience as a Commis cook (Pastry) and thoroughly
understands the job function, past experience preferably in a resort island.
Exhibits the presentation and skills of a Pastry Cook.
Matured person with excellent oral and written communication skill in
English language.
Position: Commis I (Teppanayaki)
Requirement:
Hotel school graduates and/ or experience in a similar
position
At least 3 years experience as a Commis cook.
Being able to communicate in English Language, other languages can be
considered as added advantage.
Exhibits the interest in becoming a Teppanayaki Chef and have the
presentation skills and basic knowledge with minimum novice level. experience
of Teppayaki art and cooking.
Matured person who serve in perfection with extreme desires.
Position: Bartender
Requirement:
An advance certificate holder in a hospitality
qualification and/or minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Being able to communicate in English Language and other international
languages are considered as an advantage.
Excellent interpersonal skill with strong desire to provide memorable
service experience to guests.
Position: Power House Attendant (Maldivians only)
Requirement:
At least 2 years experience as a power house attendant.
Willing to work long and odd hours on shift duty.
Should have good knowledge of power house operations.
