management company is opening its very first resort in the Maldives in
Shaviyani Atoll on Vagaru island.
Viceroy Maldives is looking for individuals who are passionate and

We are currently looking for colleagues for Viceroy Maldives
Assistant Manager (Front Office)
- Good English speaking abilities and second foreign language a must this has to be perfect knowledge of Russian, German, Chinese or Japanese etc
- Has 2 years of relevant experience as a manager or supervisor in Front of House area, preferably in a luxury resort
- Handles all guest compliments, comments, observations and complaints timely and effectively achieving full guest satisfaction
- Technical education in Hospitality is preferred
- Ability to remain positive and calm under pressure
- Must have mathematical skills, computer software aptitude and some hotel operation knowledge
- Knowledge of specific hospitality industry applications is desirable (Opera preferred)
- Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
- Demonstrates superior organizational skills
- Must have exceptional guest relation and interpersonal skills
