- F&B Assistant (Chinese Speaking)
Main Duties and
Responsibilities:
Assist the waiters,
hostess & captain on daily tasks and up-selling
Prepare in advance
food, beverage, material and equipment needed for the service
Re-set the table in
the restaurants style
Make sure the table is
set properly and clean
Make sure the chairs
and floor area around the table is clean
Bring all dishware to
the dish area for cleaning
Required Qualification
& Experience:
Ability to read, to
listen to, comprehend and communicate effectively in English both verbally and
in writing.
Knowledge of and
ability to operate and work with Micros POS, Material Control & MS Office.
Existing F&B work
experience in a 5* restaurant / hotel or a resort can be an advantage
