- Order Taker – In villa dining
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answers the telephone efficiently and suggests food and beverage items using up selling techniques
- Takes guest orders accurately, repeats the order and quote delivery time
- Communicates orders and notifies of special requests
- Communicates to his/her superior any difficulties, guest comment and other relevant information
Required Qualification & Experience:
Knowledge of and ability to operate and work with Micros POS, Material Control & MS Office.
Ability to read, to listen to, comprehend and communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing.
Work experience in the same position of a 05 star resort and knowledge of costing can be an added advantage.
