Required Qualification
& Experience:
Thorough knowledge
of traditional cocktail/mocktail recipes and how to make them.
Ability to read, to listen to, comprehend and communicate effectively
in English both verbally and in writing.
Good knowledge and understanding of service etiquette, service skills
and food & beverage products. Good customer relation skills and
communication.
High energy driven, Out-going, positive
Educational
qualification up to A-level / O-level or grade 10 standard.
Willing to grow
his/her career in F & B within the company
