Job Scope: Responsible for preparing food in accordance with portion and quality standards specified in recipes. Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.

Experience: 1 years related experience or formal training or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Qualification: Vocational Certificate in Culinary Skills or related field.

Required Skills:

Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
Food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government agency.
Ability to read and write English

WAITER - Locals

Job Scope: Provide fast and courteous service of food and beverages to guests and ensure quality of food and beverage presentation per established standards. Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.

Experience: 02 years Food service experience with general knowledge of restaurant operations preferred.

Qualification: High School

Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government agency.

RECREATION ATTENDANT – Preferably Chinese Speaking

Experience: General knowledge in water sports and recreation activities including the use of gym equipments

Qualification: High School

Experience: 1 year of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.

Qualification: Diploma in Human Resources, Training or Business Administration.

BOAT CREW - Local

Job Scope: Attend to Boat Captains instruction and ensure safety of passengers

Job Scope: Responsible in keeping fleet of 15 vessels operational

Experience: 3 years experience on the same post or related discipline including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Qualification: Diploma in Engineering or equivalent

Job Scope: Provide for guest’s luggage storage needs by accepting, tagging and retrieving checked luggage. Assist door and bell staff during the check-in and check-out peak periods

Experience: Prior experience in hotel preferred.

Qualification: High School or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent

Job Scope: Responsible for maintaining safety and security of guests and hotel resources.

Experience: 1 year of security and safety experience and/or military/law enforcement experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Qualification: High School or vocational training

Required Skills:

Certification in safety and training and/or licensed as a Security Officer or Law Enforcement Officer may be required. Certified CPR, First Aid instructor and training in law enforcement techniques desired.
Working knowledge of local laws, investigation methods, OSHA requirements and fire codes and life safety codes.

GUEST RELATIONS OFFICER - Russian

Job Scope: Responsible for all activities relevant to the Front Desk such as the reception, check in / out, rooming of all Hotel guests, foreign exchange and assisting them with inquiries.

Experience: 1 year experience in guest / customer service, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Qualification: High School or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent
