Pastry Chef
Skills/Requirements:
All applicants to have a minimum of 3-5 years working experience in the
industry ideally with in high end properties offering fine dining service.
Duties include management of pastry kitchen and assisting staff. Will be
required to manage the A la carte and Buffet menus on a daily basis and will be
responsible for the creation and maintaining of recipe cards. He/ She will be
required to attend daily meetings and handovers, perform stock counts and
manage mise en place. Formally qualified candidates only!! Must be fully

Skills/Requirements:
Demi Chef de Partie with all round knowledge of the kitchen. The ideal
candidate should have restaurant experience in 5 star establishments with a

Kitchen Administrator
Skills/Requirements:
Responsible for oversight of all activities in the kitchen. Maintain,
manage and secure adequate levels of food and non-food items and inventories.
Demonstrated knowledge of food service standards. Ability to perform with
minimal supervision. Proven recordkeeping and organizational skills, store
keeping .Must be fully computer literate on MS Office and MC fidelio. Please
