Skorpion Travel is seeking a dynamic, proactive, result oriented and
systematic thinker to handle the accounting department.
Position: Accountant
Department: Finance and Accounts
Qualifications / Requirements:
- A professional
Chartered Accountant
- Should be highly qualified
in managing processes, financial software, analyzing information, developing
budgets and performance managements.
- Preferably minimum
5 years of experience in managing a finance team
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Maintain local banking relationships including negotiating facilities, agreements and ensuring that such activities are carried out with planned time frame and in context with general financial plans, targets and interests.
- Guide financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, enforcing policies and procedures.
- Preparing and compiling monthly financial statements.
- Analyzing and preparation of management reports.
- Preparation and monitoring annual and periodic budgets.
- Mentoring and assisting finance team and manage all of the financial activities of the company.
- Other duties, which may be assigned from time to time by the management of the company.
Remuneration: Negotiable
