Main Job Responsibilities
Preparations of the guest pre-arrival, assisting the guest in arrival,
during stay and departure with maximized service level.
Required Qualification & Experience:
Opera / Fidelio experience minimum 12 months in a resort
Minimum of 2 years of Front Office experience in similar position
College / Hotel School Diploma, European & Korean language – an
added advantage
Excellent interpersonal skill, friendly and courteous
Positive attitude, be prepared to work shifts and flexible
Knowledge of and ability to operate and work with a variety of MS
Windows based applications including all office applications; Word, Excel,
Access, Power Point.
Ability to read, to listen to, comprehend and communicate effectively
in English both verbally and in writing.
