Lobby Attendant
Main Job Responsibilities
Preparations of the guest pre-arrival, assisting the guest in arrival,
during stay and departure with maximized service level, e.g. delivering messages to guest,
arranges welcome & departure lounge, hand cold towels to guests, etc.
Required Qualification & Experience:
Please note that the position of Lobby Attendant is an entry level
position and the following qualifications/experiences are required: Secondary school, experience
in a similar Position in the Hotel Industry preferred, Customer Service orientated, flexible,
eager to learn, Multicultural understanding , Fluency in English, Yes-We-Can Attitude
