are committed to provide exemplary guest service to join our Pre-Opening Team.
Sales & Marketing Manager
He/She will oversee all marketing, advertising, and promotional
activities of the resort. The ideal candidate should have an extensive network
within the luxury hotel industry in the Maldives.
Must demonstrate technical Sales & Marketing skills and be able to
develop short-term and long-term marketing plans and provide the senior
management with appropriate recommendations vis a vis ascertained threats &
opportunities in the competitor market.
Be able to issue Press Releases, facilitate contracting relationships
with established tour operators, and to generally be able to update and
communicate any sales & incentive programs to all partners.
Must be energetic, sociable, and with a very pleasant personality who
can socialize with a multi-cultural group of people. He/She must be willing to
travel as needed.
University Degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, minimum 5 years
of experience in the hospitality industry and extensive contacts within the
luxury hotel market.
Fluency in written & oral English is a must and knowledge of other
foreign languages will be an advantage.
