Service Plus Operator
Required
Qualification & Experience:
The Service Plus Operator will be manning the Communications Center
(Service Plus) and must possess the ability to read, to listen to, comprehend
and communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing.
Flexibility to work shifts and on weekends is required and a minimum of 1 year
experience in a 5* Resort/Property is a must. Knowledge in Opera is essential.
Moreover, the Service Plus Operator may also be required to assist at
the Reception Desk.
Good customer
relation skills and communication via telephone + email are hence essential.
